Experienced ESL instructor with a TESL Canada certificate, a Master of Arts degree from York University, and a Honours BA from University of Toronto. I have a background in teaching ESL, both overseas in Europe and at an international school in Toronto. I have taught English to a wide variety of age groups and skill levels, from children to business professionals, from beginners to advanced levels.

I have also had experience as a teaching assistant during my second year of studying for my master's degree in cinema studies. I have led tutorials and graded essays therefore I am familiar with university-level standards and requirements of essay writing, particularly regarding clarity of communication.

I am a clear communicator and effective at lesson planning, open to finding ways that can be of particular assistance in the process of learning to the individuals concerned. References/Resume available on request.
