About Me:
I have a BA (English and History), an MA (English), and I'm completing a PhD at McGill. I'm also in the process of becoming a certified teacher in Ontario through UWO's Education program. I've worked for the past 3 years at McGill as a teaching assistant and tutor. I've taught material ranging from Anglo-Saxon epic and Renaissance sonnets to modern film adaptations and critical theory.

Availability & References:

Experience:
I have three years of teaching experience at McGill University. I've graded and coached students in preparing for essays, exams, midterms, and many other types of writing assignments. I am passionate about the teaching profession and consistently devote a great deal of time and effort to creating a challenging, welcoming, and enjoyable learning environment for my students. My ability to work with students on identifying their areas of weakness and helping them to learn how to improve, adapt, and grow in their writing has been commended many times.
