I know Johnny since years ago, I have a friend who introduces him to me in order to help me improve my English, and since then Johnny and I are work together. Johnny is such an excellent English tutor and a wonderful friend. He always checks if I understand what he means, give comments and provide help just fit my situation. I always bother him at last minute but he understands my situation and provides help immediately. With Johnny’s help, my English improve a lot, and my grades rise up, I got my first A- for a paper with Johnny’s help. I have introduced Johnny to my other friends too, they all like him, and now they are all Johnny’s clients.

Johnny is the first tutor I have hired in university, and I had such positive learning experience from him during my Business Writing studies! He is so experienced and knowledgeable in the field that he knows exactly what the professor wants to see in your work. Throughout that whole semester, he was always approachable and patient to help me continuously improve my writing by giving me constructive feedback. In 2013, I searched a bunch of English tutor online and made comparison among several of them based on their own introduction, and I ended up with choosing Johnny as my English tutor for the reason that I saw his passion towards English tutoring through his biography and his website. After taking tutorial classed with Johnny for years, I did see his passion and get a lot of help from him not only for my English improvement but also for my business writing. Johnny is really patient with his students I would say, and he has great personality, which makes you feel comfortable to have conversations with him. My English did improve a lot under his help. As a business student, he also helped me with my business writing, and the most amazing part is that he never tries to distort your original writing; instead, he will help you to build up on your writing and make your writing flow better. In that way, you will not only get help with your grammar but also get sense of how to construct your thoughts just like a native speaker. Overall, he is indeed a helpful English tutor and also a good friend.

Thanks to Johnny and his help with editing my university papers last year, my grades went from a C+ average to a A- average! I can't thank him enough times because of this. Highly recommended tutor if you wish to improve your English speaking, writing or papers.

I have hired Johnny several times in the last few semesters to help me with some of my papers and reports at UBC. The quality of his work is amazing. I have had three classes thus far with Mr. Johnny and love how very thorough he is when explaining a new concepts to me.
